About Kirk - Background And Experience

Kirk Zylstra is a retired Deloitte Consulting principal specializing in manufacturing performance improvement utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Systems, Theory of Constraints (TOC), and ERP.  He has twenty years of industry and consulting experience in manufacturing operations management, supply chain management, engineering, and information systems.  Kirk’s prior industry experience includes the engineering and operations functions within medical equipment and heavy equipment manufacturing.

Kirk is a recognized industry specialist and speaker on the topics of supply chain and manufacturing operations.  He has led enterprise wide transformations of supply chain and manufacturing operations including:
